1.Users can use smart contracts to sign their own smart contracts on the blockchain and share them with other users.

2.The smart contract that needs to be authorized must be a smart contract deployed on this blockchain. Each cluster can only authorize one smart contract and the authorization period can be agreed upon.

3.Users can deploy their own smart contracts according to the DVM instructions.
